Το τελευταίο τεύχος της Revue hellénique de droit international περιλαμβάνει τις εισηγήσεις του διεθνούς συνεδρίου για τον εορτασμό της 70ρίδας του Ελληνικού Ινστιτούτου Διεθνούς & Αλλοδαπού Δικαίου (Αθήνα, Νοέμβριος 2009). Μια πλειάδα νομικών από την Ευρώπη, την Αμερική και την Ασία αναλύουν ζητήματα του δικαίου και της πολυπολιτισμικότητας στον ανθρώπινο βίο (οικογενειακό δίκαιο, δίκαιο διεθνών συναλλαγών, οργάνωση της πολυπολιτισμικής κοινωνίας κ.α.). Το τεύχος συμπληρώνεται από μία μελέτη του ελληνικού νομοθετικού πλαισίου για την έρευνα βλαστοκυττάρων, τη μετάφραση στη γαλλική και την αγγλική των πρόσφατων τροιποποιήσεων του δικαίου της ιθαγένειας, τον κατάλογο των υπογραφέντων αποό την Ελλάδα διεθνών συμβάσεων (2008) και από μια σειρά βιβλιοκρισιών.
The latest issue of the Revue hellénique de droit international hosts the lectures presented at the international colloquium in celebration of the Hellenic Institute of International & Foreign Law’s 70 years of service (Athens, November 2009). A distinguished group of academics from Europe, the United States and Asia analyze a series of issues on the relationship between law and multiculturalism (the organization of a multicultural society; international transactions; family law; etc). The issue also includes a study evaluating the Greek legal framework for human embryonic stem cell research; translations in French and English of recent amendments to the Greek law on citizenship; tables of international conventions signed by Greece (2008); and a series of book reviews.
